PSHE - To understand and use first-aid techniques

Today we learnt about Basic Life Support through the St John Ambulance Presentation, 

We learnt about the importance of communicating details when calling for help and even learnt a mneumonic to support us - LIONEL (Location, Incident, Other Services, Number of People, Extent of the injuries and Location). 

Following on from this, we looked at what we could do if somebody is unresponsive. We looked at the primary survery and the 5 steps:

1- Check for Danger

2 - Response

3- Shout for help 

4 - Airway

5 - Breathing.
