Good morning Starlings!

I was so impressed by your self-portraits. You made them really colourful and I think they are going to look fantastic in our new classroom! Don't forget to keep your work safe and bring it all back in September.

Today’s task:

We are in the Starling class. What can you find out about starlings? Search on the Internet or look in a book and find out what you can about this wonderful bird. Then present your findings. You could draw a picture of a starling, write a paragraph or some sentences about them, brainstorm facts or make a fact file.

Don’t forget to blog your work! I can’t wait to see you in the Starling class!

Keep a lookout for Mr Horsley's Health and Fitness Week blog post. I gave the long jump challenge a really good go yesterday and it took me a few tries but I jumped 1.7m! I think I'm going to try and beat that number today though. I better get stretching!
