Some good work completed today! Well done Doves :)

Here is a summary of the work I've seen today: 

LBQ: 

SPAG - We had 20 out of 27 children complete both tasks.

Well done to the following children for full marks on their tasks:

No fulls marks on SPAG today HOWEVER I was super impressed with the scores I was seeing! So well done to everyone who completed todays SPAG Pick and Mix.

Nathan, Ava, Gracie, Amber, Akshay, Leon and Oscar - Topic - Topic Quiz 

I am so proud of the engagement, resilience and work ethic shown by ALL children who accessed their LBQ work. 

 

Read Theory: 

Well done to the following children: Parthiv, Arwen,  Akshay, Oscar, Olly, Chloe and Leon. Between the 9 of you, you have read 22 additional quizzes, collectively! Well done!

For the week, 13/15 of you have collectively read 122 quizzes! Super work Y5's - lets aim to beat this next week!

Reading Solutions: 

Well done to the following children for completing their weekly reading task.

Thank you to those who have accessed it and attempted some comprehensions:

Summer, Molie, George, Lucy, Alfie, Gracie, Jessica S and Thomas. Next week, try to aim to complete 5 comprehensions.

For those who did not access it, remember Reading Solutions is a task which needs to be completed weekly.   

Spellings: 

Well done to those children who have completed their spelling tests today and recorded their scores. I was super impressed, with all the 9's and 10's I saw - keep it up! 

Writing Task: 

I have loved reading your letters to Boris Johnson this week. The children who had posted and completed them, had used all the information given and wrote some really personal and quality letters. You should be proud of yourselves. 

If you haven't had the pleasure of reading them, make sure to have a nosey through the discussions to see the work your peers have completed. 

Well done for all of your hard work this week Doves! You continue to amaze me with your hard work.
