Good morning everyone.

Today's tasks will be as follows:

1) Read Theory x 2 minimum (aim for 30-45 mins worth)

2) LBQ code - ehm

We will be looking at fractions again today, something that we have put a lot of work into this year. It seemed that a lot of us still found this difficult yesterday. It's important to rewatch the video before hand and remember that the key when adding, subtracting or comparing fractions is to make the denominators the same using multiplication.

3) Writing task (Planning ideas) - This will be due to be submitted on Friday. Todays section of the writing task should be: 

- Planning your letter. Organise your plan into paragraphs. I have included more detail on the task on SeeSaw.

Think about what you will talk about in each paragraph and the key words you will use. Create a bank of sentence openers which can be used. Tomorrow you will be writing the first draft so it is important that you have a plan to help you. The letter should be quite detailed and around 1 to 1 1/2 sides of A4. To do this you will need to expand on your points and questions, which is why a plan is vital.

4) Afternoon topic web work - Choose an activity to work on this week and upload to SeeSaw when completed.
