Owls Home Learning 01.05.20

Date: 30th Apr 2020 @ 8:49pm

Good morning Owl Class! Well, not only is it Friday, but it's the first day of May!

Yesterday was quite a soggy day in Manchester, though the plants in my garden will be enjoying a good watering I'm sure!

It was Captain Tom Moore's 100th brithday yesterday. He had an RAF flypast to celebrate and the Queen promoted him to a Colonel. I'm sure he was very proud, as he should well be.

Today's home learning is:

IXL - Maths - Counting and Number Patterns - A16, A17, A18

IXL - English - Consonants and Vowels - A1, A2

Here's a little reminder of what a vowel and consonant is:

It's been wonderful to see all of the hard work on IXL over the past couple of weeks. Here are the top 5 children in Owls and Robins class:

4 out of the top 5 are in Owls Class!! Well done my little pet pets, I'm very proud of you!!

Have a wonderful weekend all and see you back here on Monday.
