Robins Class - Home Learning 14.5.20

Date: 13th May 2020 @ 8:37pm

Wow, Thursday already!

I haven’t quite got round to my baking but I did make chicken fajitas last night, can you remember which country this food comes from? I am enjoying creating more recipes in the kitchen, so far I have made lasagnas – meat and vegetarian, fish cakes and some different pasta sauces. However, I do not like the cleaning up that comes with it!

Today's home learning is as follows:

Your IXL passwords are due to expire shortly, we have set up new usernames and passwords for you like we did last time, most of the usernames are your first name and last name followed by 507 for example, misswoodward507 however if this does not work you might have 462 at the end of your name e.g misswoodward462.. Your password is the same.

Don’t forget there are 2Dos set on Purple Mash. Times Table Rockstars is also available too, it is great to see some of you improving your times tables knowledge. I’ve seen so many more of you on readtheory which is excellent. Keep aiming for one comprehension a day.

Remember the writing task as well, remember to blog your finished product.

Attached to this blog is a letter to Bea's future self, well done Bea, thank you for sharing, I really love reading these letters and seeing the hopes for the future jars.

There is no new sound today, instead, we are going to give you time to practice spellings for tomorrow, I have attached a different video to help you with the split diagraphs as they can be quite tricky!
