Wash, wash, wash your hands

Date: 10th Mar 2020 @ 3:50pm

Today we have looked at washing our hands properly using the steps given on Newsround. We have learned the correct way to wash our palms, in between our fingers and even our thumbs. All this is done to the ‘happy birthday’ song which lasts 20 seconds (the period of time we should be washing our hands for).

Moon landing

This morning we watched Newsround and saw how we can wash our hands properly. We know it is important to wash our hands to make sure we don’t spread coughs and colds. Now we know to wash our hands for 20seconds and to sing ‘happy birthday’ so we know how long to wash for.

This afternoon we all had a practise!

Kindness Week

This week is Kindness week and as part of this we have been doing a random act of kindness on each days. The web turned out to be strong enough to hold an item as well.

We had a wonderful time on our trip to the Hindu temple. We learnt lots of facts about their religion and what takes place in a temple. It was so informative! We then looked around the temple and learnt all about the stories they had to tell. The behaviour of the children was excellent and they asked some brilliant questions too. Well done Robins!
