Happy Friday everyone!

After feedback from parents, teachers and children – we have decided to freshen up our home learning routine. LBQ will still be used but less so than previously. In its place, we will be using National Oak Academy to provide online teaching which will provide more support to your children whilst providing a wider range of subjects. Daily links will be provided for all lessons. Once on the site, most lessons start with a quick introductory quiz, followed by a teaching video, followed by an activity and a recap quiz. 

Reading: 

Year 5 will now have a reading solutions login. You will need to visit https://readingsolutionsuk.co.uk/ and login.

Your username and password will follow the same format – First name and Initial with the password ‘qwerty’.

For example ThomasD – qwerty

Well done to the following children for completing 2 comprehensions yesterday as set: Arwen, Oscar, Gracie, Oliver M, Ava, Martha and Leon

Well done to Leon for completing 23 comprehensions in 3 days! 161 minutes in total! I am blown away by this. 

All Year 5's please ensure you're accessing this daily! 

Year 6 children please complete your LBQ reading task and a comprehension on Read Theory. 

Well done to Nathan, Thomas, Ellis and Amber for completing their Read theory. Special mention to Nathan for completing 10! This is super - keep it up!
