Good morning penguins! 

Nearly at the end of the week, hope you are all ok. Here is todays homelearning.  Well done to Madeline and Harriet for your counting videos, these are fab and you are doing a great job at your counting. 

Also a special mention to Poppy who has been out tidying up her local area by litter picking, what a wonderful thing to do!  Well done Poppy!

Maths

Rewatch the video yesterday on part part whole.

Once you have watched the video, using the part part whole method, how many ways can you make 14?  Use objects to help you.

Challenge:  Can you record what you have done as a number sentence?

 

Literacy

Watch the video again of Jack and the Jellybean stalk again, this story really makes me smile!

Can you write at least 2 sentences about the solution?

Challenge:  can you add in a conjunction to add more information to your sentence?

To finish your story can you add some pictures to each part of the story.

 

Choose a game to play to practise the phonic sounds you don’t know.
