Good morning guys!

It was yet again another lovely day yesterday and it was made even better by seeing how many of you had joined in the online learning! A special shout out to Amelia, who not only completed all of her LBQ work, but also managed to answer the most IXL questions - answering nearly 1000 already! Let’s see if she is still in the lead by the end of today...

Topic Web - Volcano

I have been attempting to make the model of the volcano myself, and although it was very tasty, the first attempt did not turn out well! I think I need to have another attempt today before sharing my final attempt. Thanks to Jake and Izzy for your excellent home learning - I'll include your pictures on my next blog.

Alongside this, you need to be completing your writing project about Volcanoes alongside learning your spellings, both due in on Friday. For the best possible results, I recommend doing a bit each day and editing and redrafting as we would in class. I will soon be adding a Wagoll to a class discussion page to assist you. On a lighter note:

It is really important you are staying fit, it can be very easy at the moment to forget about your physical fitness but now is the perfect time to try something new! I have taken up skipping a little bit more each day alongside daily walks or running. Please let me know what you have been getting up to and if you have any recommendations for what I could try next! Don't forget what was blogged yesterday, using the alphabet to stay active!
