Hope you are all ok, I can’t believe another week is nearly over.
Maths
Practise counting in your 1’s, 2’s, 5’s and 10’s. Remember to practise counting backwards from 20 too, this is really important.
I am going to give you a challenge today to start to look at 10 more and 10 less. I have added a little video to help you. This is a little tricky so don’t worry if you find it too hard. I have added a 100 square to help you. Close you eyes and choose a number on the 100 square. Can you work out what 10 more and 10 less is? Tell your grownup.
Remember if this is too tricky carry on looking at your one more and one less.
Literacy
Today we are going to look at writing the ‘ur’ sound. Watch the video and follow the instructions.
Daily reminders:
- Oxford owl reading

We have been very busy this afternoon in Puffins class. This morning we had some very special visitors arrive in our classroom, baby caterpillars! We have been learning about the life cycle of a caterpillar and are very excited to see our baby caterpillars grow. In art this afternoon we have been using a special painting technique to create beautifully coloured butterflies.
